Hot Wings...Recipe by my son Patrick

This is for enough hot wing sauce for 5-6 dozen (or more). So have a storage jar ready, or reduce the quantity. Just put each item in the blender, and blend it until it's consistent.

1 1/2 cups blended jalapeno nacho slices (this is the secret unique flavor additive)

3 cups "Red Hot" or "Red Devil" sauce.

1/4 cup of Italian dressing

1/4 cup diced white onion

2 tablespoons of fresh chopped garlic

2 tablespoons of Tobasco Sauce (or more)

1 tablespoon of cayenne powder

1 tablespoon of crushed Thai peppers (if you don't have them make this more cayenne)

This will get you a good Medium-Hot base. You can then add some insane-o hot sauce to kick it up a few notches (ex: DaBomb, Dave's Insanity, etc). Those kick up the heat without changing the flavor too much.

TASTE IT. If you desire to add more Jalapenos, Thai peppers, onions, garlic, Italian, etc... THEN DO IT UP! You can change anything you want according to your taste.

VARIETIES:

More tomato flavor... substitute Italian dressing with salsa (a small can of El Pato is good)

More sweet... subsitute Italian dressing with a good spicy bar-b-que sauce, and use less jalapenos.

More hot... add more jalapenos, more powders, and battery acid

Less hot (why?)... step back on the jalapenos, no powders, no Tobasco.

ENJOY!!!
